Why is EbersoleCattleCo teaming up with Jenny from Hendricks Farm???
A secret thing about RanchMama Shanen - I'm scared of chickens. Yep, I'll stand face to face with any bull & a whole herd of cows, but squeal like a little girl every time I gather eggs!! So, I've teamed up with the best chicken farmer in the entire nation! I've known Jenny for several years. She raises lots of fowl on her farm in Georgia! So, when I was looking for the cleanest turkey in the nation, Jenny is our gal!!
No corn, No Soy, Pasture Raised, Air Chilled Turkeys!!
Each finished turkey will be 14-16 pounds!!
Imagine the cold, crisp air of a New England morning as you step out of your modest homestead, a resolute Pilgrim with purpose in every stride. The dawn light filters through the towering trees, casting long shadows over the frost-kissed earth. Today is the day—Thanksgiving. But this is no ordinary Thanksgiving; today, you will provide for your family in the most time-honored way possible.
You approach the small flock of gobbling turkeys that you’ve raised with care and respect. Their feathers gleam with a rich, earthy luster—a testament to their noble lineage, stretching back to the very first Thanksgiving feast. Your heart swells with a mixture of solemn duty and pride. You know that the meal you’re about to prepare is more than just sustenance; it’s a connection to your forebears, a living piece of history that will grace your table.
As you select the bird, there’s a reverence in your actions. This isn’t just food; this is tradition, survival, and honor all wrapped into one. The act itself is primal, a return to the roots of your ancestors who braved unknown seas and unforgiving winters to carve out a life in this new world. You know that when you present this turkey to your family, it will be with the knowledge that you’ve upheld the legacy of those who came before you.
Now, imagine bringing that same sense of pride to your own Thanksgiving table this year, without having to endure the hardships of a Pilgrim. With our whole turkeys, you won’t just be serving an authentic, pure meal that echoes the first Thanksgiving—you’ll be offering your family a feast free from all the modern junk. No GMOs, no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no mRNA vaccines. Just a turkey raised on natural, wholesome feed—without any soy or corn—just as nature intended.
When you carve into one of our turkeys, you’ll know you’re giving your family the very best. With each bite, they’ll taste history, tradition, and the deep satisfaction of knowing they’re part of something greater—a timeless connection to the very first Thanksgiving, free from the concerns of the modern world.
Serve one of our whole turkeys this year, and bring a piece of that Pilgrim pride to your own Thanksgiving feast. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a tribute to the enduring spirit of family, tradition, and the purity of food as it was meant to be.
My goal is to provide you with the healthiest Turkey, on dare I say, the entire planet.

Most commercial turkeys are raised in hoop houses. And those that are "free-ranged" only have access to the outdoors from an enclosed structure. Ours are actually out on grass, gobbling away.
Hendricks Farm has won the prestigious "Best of Georgia" Award for two years in a row (2022 & 2023) in the Georgia Business Journal's annual readers' poll.
Commercial turkeys have extra water weight (as much as 12%), because they're dunked in cold water to cool them down. Air-Chilling maintains the turkey's natural flavor.

For more than a decade, I struggled firsthand with being able to eat meat or eggs. Doctors were not able to help me, and I was left to my own devices to figure out what the problem was.
After years of research, I discovered it was the soy in the egg causing a debilitating cascade of symptoms and NOT the egg itself. Soy is the #1 ingredient in most animal feeds (even organic feeds!), because soy is a cheap protein that helps chickens grow and mature faster. Which is good for factory farm profits but exasperates women’s health issues.
As an experiment, we decided to raise our own Heritage Chickens on Non-Gmo, Soy-Free, Non Medicated feed to see if I could tolerate an egg again. Lo and behold, I suffered no ill effects from our farm fresh eggs. In fact, I actually felt better and had more energy.
Over the next few months, my testing expanded into eating the chicken meat and drinking the bone broth. I was shocked at the incredible flavor and amazing texture. My energy increased and my hair thickened. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but our farm fresh food was definitely healing my body from the inside out.
Today, we have expanded beyond Chicken into Beef, Pork, AND Turkeys (Lamb coming soon!). If I can't personally eat it, I don't sell it. PERIOD.

Michael and I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny yesterday with Hendricks Farm. What an amazing woman, her love of what she does radiates from every ounce of her being. When I first heard of Hendricks Farm, I tried to buy some of their chickens, but they were already sold out. We have ordered from other farms around the country and nobody has packed their precious food like Hendricks Farm, which makes me realize the pride that they take in what they do.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this farm! We live 1.5 hours away on our little starting homestead, but we will continue to drive out to Hendricks Farm because they have impressed us every step of the way. They take the time to educate others, share information, and even help solve problems! Thing is, they don't help to "get" anything out of it at all - but they help just to do the right thing. I'm immensely impressed at their ability to be so professional, yet still personable and incredibly helpful.
