Each standard bundle includes:

• 2 lbs thick-cut bacon
• 2 thick-cut Iowa pork chops, packaged together
• 2 sirloin chops, packaged together
• A selection of ground pork and sausage

Individual chop weights vary, so we pack each standard bundle to contain at least 10 pounds total. The ground pork and sausage selection may vary by availability.
