Looking for an easy way to try locally raised lamb? Our Taste of the Ranch Lamb Bundle gives your family approximately 6 pounds of Iowa-raised lamb with a practical combination of chops, steaks and ground lamb.

What’s Included

• 2 packages of lamb shoulder steaks
• 2 packages of lamb loin chops
• 2 packages of ground lamb
• Approximately 6 pounds total

This smaller lamb bundle gives you several different ways to cook. Grill or pan-sear the loin chops, cook the shoulder steaks low and slow, and use the ground lamb for burgers, meatballs, tacos or other easy family meals.

The lamb was raised by our daughter and son-in-law through A&A Livestock, right here at the Ebersole ranch near Kellerton in southern Iowa. It was processed and individually packaged at our trusted Iowa locker.
