I’m going to tell you something that might surprise you.
I don’t meal prep.
I don’t spend Sundays lining up containers.
I don’t cook five different recipes for the week.
I don’t portion out perfect little lunches.
What I do instead?
I fill my freezer.
And then I cook one solid protein at a time ~ and plan for it to carry us for two or three meals.
That’s it.

We Don’t Do Leftovers
Let me explain something clearly. ~ “We don’t “eat leftovers.”

If I pull out a chuck roast, I already know:

- Meal Two: Shredded beef tacos.

Same protein.
Different meals.
Fully planned from the beginning.
It’s not reheating yesterday’s dinner.
It’s cooking once and thinking ahead.
Or maybe it’s five pounds of ground beef.
I brown it all at once.
- Meal One: Spaghetti.
- Meal Two: Taco bowls.
- Meal Three: Chili.
That’s not meal prep.
That’s cooking smart.
A Full Freezer Changes Your Mindset
